We want you to love your Passion Planner, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that digital products and final sale items are non-refundable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place your unused planner and any accessories in the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
