When will my Passion Planner order ship?
Standard processing takes 2-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened planners in their original packaging. Please note that digital downloads and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Can I cancel or change my order once it is placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase; however, once an order has reached the warehouse for fulfillment, we are unable to make changes.
What paper quality is used in the planners?
Our planners feature high-quality, sustainably sourced 120 GSM thick paper designed to prevent ink bleed-through and ghosting, making them perfect for most pens, markers, and highlighters.
